Ahan blinked. Wise words for a young wolf. Still he shook his head and let out a low chuckle. "You would be very surprised Jasper," a pause, "upon how far I have come and how far I intend to go. My past can catch up with me whenever it wants. I'm not afraid of Zarna."
Then again... why am I running? If not because of Zarna then why? I may not intend to be captured and brought to him but it doesn't make any sense really... he thought, pondering over his own excuse.

"I'm sure I would be suprised becouse I don't know you that well"Jasper responded as he lay down,he still didn't trust them but he was starting to ease into it a bit more maybe they weren't so bad.

Volug knew that Ahan was from the rebel pack, and he didn't smell of a free wolf. Alane seemed to be all friendly with Ahan, giving a sense that the wolf wasn't dangerous. Volug couldn't really pick up a smell with Alane, but he knew that the wolf wouldn't be up to anything with the small group, so he didn't mark him as a wolf to keep a eye on.

Left to his thoughts, Ahan began to doze off. After all his near exhausted body needed a little bit of rest and he had not gotten any properly just yet. Suppressing a yawn he looked around. "Any objections to me napping?"

Alane looked at Ahan and said, "As long as I do too." He laughed and closed his eyes. The bitter winds made his muscles ache, and made it impossible to sleep. He kept his eyes closed, hoping to trick his body into a slumber, yet it seemed so far away.
